1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Leaders Data Science Learning Center website and to enrolment in our training programmes. By using this website or enrolling in a course, you accept them.

2. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once your registration is completed and the applicable fee (or first instalment) has been paid. Seats in each batch are limited — we cap batches at 15 students — and are allocated in order of confirmed enrolment.

3. Fees and payment

• Course fees are quoted per programme and communicated in full before enrolment.
• EMI and instalment options may be available; terms are agreed at the time of enrolment.
• Fees quoted are for the course as described and do not carry hidden or additional charges added later.
• We may revise fees for future batches. A revision never affects a batch you have already enrolled in.

4. Refunds and cancellation

If you need to withdraw, contact us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how far the batch has progressed and is discussed and agreed with you directly. Fees for a batch that has substantially commenced are generally non-refundable, since the seat cannot be reallocated. Where we cancel or fail to run a batch, you are entitled to a full refund or a transfer to another batch, whichever you prefer.

5. Attendance and conduct

We expect students to attend regularly, complete assignments, and treat trainers and fellow students respectfully. We reserve the right to withdraw a student, without refund, for conduct that disrupts the learning of others.

6. Certification

A course completion certificate is issued by Leaders Data Science Learning Center once you have completed the coursework and the required projects. It certifies completion of our programme. It is not a university degree, nor a government or statutory qualification, and we make no claim that it is.

7. Placement assistance

Our placement assistance includes resume and LinkedIn review, portfolio feedback, mock interviews and guidance on applications and referrals. To state it plainly: this is assistance, not a guarantee of employment. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers and depend on your own performance, experience and the market. Any salary figures discussed are illustrative of the market, not a promise.

8. Course content and schedule

We may update syllabi, tools and materials to keep pace with industry practice. Batch timings and trainer allocation may change for operational reasons; we will give reasonable notice where a change affects you.

9. Intellectual property

Course materials — notes, notebooks, datasets, slides and recordings — are provided for your personal learning. You may keep and use them. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or use them to deliver training to others without written permission. The content, design and code of this website remain our property.

10. Use of this website

You agree not to use this website to submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. Information on this site is provided in good faith for general guidance; specifics such as fees, batch dates and syllabus details should be confirmed with us directly before you rely on them.

11. Third-party links

This website links to external services including Google, WhatsApp and FormSubmit. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a course or from use of this website is limited to the fees you have paid for the course in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of employment opportunity or income.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
