Leaders Data Science Learning Center ("we", "us", "our") is a training centre located at #15, Anand Nagar, Munneshwara Layout, Attur Post, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064, India. This policy explains what happens to personal information you provide through this website.

We only collect what you actively give us. When you submit an enquiry or counselling request, that is:

• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The course you are interested in and your preferred mode of study
• Any additional message you choose to write

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, financial details such as card numbers, bank account details or passwords through this website.

3. How we use it

Your information is used to:

• Call or message you back about the enquiry you submitted
• Recommend a suitable course based on what you have told us
• Share batch schedules, fees and joining details you have asked for
• Answer follow-up questions during and after a course

4. How enquiries reach us

Enquiry forms on this site are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards submissions to our email address. Your submission passes through their systems in transit and is subject to their own privacy practices in addition to this policy.

5. Third-party services

This website uses a small number of external services:

• Google Tag Manager — used to load our measurement tags. It allows us to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and which links they use, so we can improve the content. See below for what this means for cookies.
• Google Fonts — to load the typefaces used across the site.
• Google Maps — the map on our contact page loads only after you interact with it, so no request is made to Google Maps unless you choose to view it.
• FormSubmit — delivers your enquiry to our email address, as described above.
• WhatsApp — if you use a WhatsApp link, your conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

6. Cookies and measurement

We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement tags on this website. Depending on which tags are active, these may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, and may collect information such as the pages you view, the approximate location your visit comes from, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site.

This information is used in aggregate to understand which courses and articles people find useful. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain student records for courses you enrol in. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so unless we are required to retain them for legal or accounting reasons.
