About Leaders Data Science Learning Center
A small, focused training centre in Yelahanka, Bangalore — built on the belief that people learn data by building things, in groups small enough that their questions actually get answered.
Built Around One Frustration
Most data science training in Bangalore has the same shape: a large batch, a rushed syllabus, recorded videos, and a certificate at the end that nobody in a hiring process particularly cares about. Students finish able to describe a random forest, but unable to open a messy CSV and do anything useful with it.
Leaders Data Science Learning Center was set up to work the other way round. Batches are capped at 15 students. Sessions are live and hands-on, taught by someone who works with this material professionally. And the measure of success is not attendance — it is whether you finish with projects you can defend in an interview.
That approach is reflected in what students write publicly: a 5★ rating from 122 Google reviews, in which the same three points recur — concepts explained clearly, genuine hands-on practice, and a batch size small enough for individual attention.
Santhosh
Lead Trainer & Founder
Santhosh leads training across the full stack we teach — Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python and the data science pipeline. Students consistently describe his sessions as clear, example-driven and grounded in how the work is actually done, rather than how textbooks describe it.
How a Course Actually Runs
No mystery about the format. This is what the weeks look like from enrolment to certificate.
1. Free counselling call
We ask about your background, working hours and the roles you are targeting, then recommend a course — including saying so when a shorter or cheaper one is the right answer. No pressure, no obligation.
2. Foundations, taught live
Early sessions build the mental model before the tooling. You will understand why a join behaves the way it does before you memorise its syntax, because the second is useless without the first.
3. Hands-on practice, every session
You write the code and build the report during class, not afterwards from a recording. Mistakes get caught in the room, which is the fastest way anyone learns this material.
4. Portfolio projects on real data
Each course includes projects built on genuine, messy datasets. These become the work you show at interview — far more persuasive than any certificate.
5. Career support
Resume rewriting around what recruiters screen for, LinkedIn positioning, portfolio review, and mock interviews on the questions that actually come up.
6. Support after you finish
Your materials stay yours, and the door stays open for questions. Several of our reviewers came back months later with a work problem, and that is entirely fine.
Four Things We Won't Compromise On
Small batches, always
Fifteen students maximum. Filling a room with sixty would be more profitable and would ruin the thing that makes the teaching work.
Honest pricing
The fee we quote is the fee you pay. No compulsory add-ons, and no "placement charge" appearing at the end of the course.
Honest claims
We offer placement assistance, and we say so plainly. Anyone guaranteeing a job or a specific salary is promising something they cannot control.
Practical over theoretical
Theory earns its place when it changes what you do. Everything we teach connects to a task you will face in an actual data job.
Who Our Students Are
Our batches are deliberately mixed, and that turns out to help everyone. A typical cohort includes:
- Fresh graduates from any degree background — B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, engineering, arts — looking for a first analytical role.
- Working professionals in operations, finance, HR or marketing who already handle data in spreadsheets and want to do it properly.
- Career changers moving in from teaching, sales, support, banking and non-technical roles, often after a break.
- IT professionals adding analytics, Power BI or machine learning to an existing technical skill set.
- Students with career gaps, who are welcome here without the awkward questions they get elsewhere.
No prior coding experience is needed for our foundational courses. If you are unsure where you would fit, book a free counselling call or read through all nine courses first.
